I’ve been looking for a couple awesome Japanese cookbooks.
Here’s what I keep coming across:
- Momofuku by David Chang (of course)
- Washoku: Recipes from the Japanese Home Kitchen by Elizabeth Andoh
- Izakaya: The Japanese Pub Cookbook by Mark Robinson
- Takashi’s Noodles by Takashi Yagihashi
