Japanese Cookbooks
I’ve been looking for a couple awesome Japanese cookbooks. Here’s what I keep coming across:
Momofuku by David Chang (of course)
Washoku: Recipes from the Japanese Home Kitchen by Elizabeth Andoh
Izakaya: The Japanese Pub Cookbook by Mark Robinson
Takashi’s Noodles by Takashi Yagihashi
Any recommendations?
